Hosting on Cheers Tickets is intuitive. Make an account, build your event, add ticket tiers, share the link. Pay with card or crypto, doesn't matter. The difference shows up the moment someone hits buy: your revenue lands under your control. Nobody has to approve your event first. No censorship. You don't need to know anything about crypto to sell out a room, that part happens automatically, behind the scenes, the same way a normal payment processor works on any other site.

• 1. Create your account

  Just an email address. A secure wallet is created for you automatically behind the scenes. No seed phrase, no extension to install.

• 2. Build your event

  Name, date, venue, description, and any performers or keywords. Same handful of steps as any ticketing platform.

• 3. Add ticket tiers

  Set prices and capacity for as many tiers as you need, plus free comp tickets for staff, press, or guests.

• 4. Publish

  No approval wait, no review queue. Your event is live and sellable immediately.

Give yourself a three-day head start: events must be created (or edited) at least three days before doors open.

Every buyer picks how they pay. Cheers never forces anyone into crypto, and both paths lead to the exact same thing: a real ticket that scans at the door and counts toward your sales.

One system, not two: however a fan pays, it shows up the same way in your dashboard: one sales count, one revenue balance, one QR code system at the door.

Beyond those, the only other cost is the network fee each transaction carries. Publishing an event runs a few cents, and every other action (editing, cancelling, withdrawing) lands well under a penny. If you log in with email, those fees come out of your account balance in dollars, and any card purchase leaves a small cushion for them, so there is nothing separate to hold or top up. If you use your own wallet, they are paid in ETH on Base, and you can load a little with a card if you ever run out.

Standard timing: revenue becomes withdrawable three days after your event, a short window that protects hosts and fans alike. Open your dashboard, click the three dots on your event, and select Withdraw. No request form, no support ticket, no waiting on someone to cut a check.

Running events often enough that the 3-day hold affects your cash flow? Complete a one-time identity check with Cheers Tickets support, get approved, and withdraw that event's revenue any time, as many times as you like, as sales come in. It's entirely optional, and ticket sales are never paused or slowed either way.

AT THE DOOR

Open the Events Dashboard on any phone, tap the three dots on your event, and choose QR Scan Tickets. Each fan shows the code from their My Tickets page. The scanner confirms the code was signed by the wallet that holds the ticket, that it is for your event, and that the wallet still holds it, then marks it used. A second scan of the same ticket shows Invalid, no matter which wallet presents it. Anyone you trust can scan by logging in with your account on their own phone, or you can give them their own access as a co-organizer (next section).

SHARING THE WORK: CO-ORGANIZERS

Running the show with a partner, a promoter, or a venue manager? Open the Events Dashboard, tap the three dots on your event, and choose Delegate Co-Organizer. Paste their wallet address (they can find it on their Account page) and confirm. From then on the event appears on their Events Dashboard too, tagged Co-organizer, with the same menu you have: edit, add comp tiers, scan tickets at the door, cancel, and withdraw. Withdrawn revenue always lands in your wallet, never theirs. The same window has a View Delegated Co-Organizers link that lists everyone you have added, with an X next to each to remove them. Access is per event, recorded on-chain, and costs a fraction of a cent to set or remove. Add as many co-organizers as you like.

A co-organizer can do everything you can, including cancelling the event and adding other co-organizers, so only delegate to people you would hand the keys to.

YOUR ORGANIZER PROFILE

Optional, and worth two minutes. From Account, pick a username and add whatever you want fans to see: a display name, avatar, bio, website and socials. Your event pages then show your name and avatar as the organizer with a link to your profile at cheerstickets.com/users/your-name, which lists every event you host. Nothing on it is public until you switch it on. Fans can follow you from that page or from the Community page, so your next event is one tap away for anyone who liked the last one. Turn on "Let people find me" if you want to show up in Community search.

WHY IT RUNS ON BLOCKCHAIN (YOU'LL NEVER NOTICE)

Every ticket is minted on-chain: transparent, verifiable, and impossible to fake or duplicate. That's what makes zero-fee buying, face-value resale, and revenue nobody can freeze possible in the first place. It also costs almost nothing to run: pennies per event, fractions of a cent per ticket. You get all of that without ever touching a crypto exchange, writing down a seed phrase, or learning a new interface. If hosting an event elsewhere means an email and a credit card, hosting on Cheers means exactly the same thing.
